All prices are in Euro and include bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity, hot water, internet, final cleaning and discounted entry to local thermal spas.
10% discount on all bookings in excess of 1 week, plus free mid week cleaning and linen change

Welcome meal: for bookings of minimum 1 week, Nidodelfalcone invites its guests to a free welcome dinner.

Animals: Animals are welcome for a one-off fee of €45.00 per stay (from 1-7 days);

Heating: Winter heating (see additional daily rate) is switched on a full 24 hours prior to guests' arrival;

Payment: credit cards are accepted;

Laundry: Per max 5kg load €10.00;

Cleaning: Extra cleaning €120.00 per apartment. Linen change €15.00 per person;
Attention

We recommend you use Nidodelfalcone's directions when driving to us - please do not rely on GPS devices! Nidodelfalcone lies in wooded hills in the Umbrian countryside, at the end of a gravel, or dirt road. Adverse weather conditions can therefore render driving very different from that on normal urban roads.
